This project presented a significant planning challenge, involving the replacement of a tired and outdated bungalow within a stunning rural setting. Working closely with the local planning authority, we successfully secured permission for a substantial replacement dwelling and designed a bespoke family home that made full use of the site's exceptional size and surroundings.
